Protocol

The Construction Scheduler is available on an as needed basis; per schedule, hourly for updates or lump sum per project for pre-construction planning through post construction delay claims and everything between.

Example 1: School Addition

Schedule Creation
  • Send the links, files or hard copies of the plans, specifications and any addendums along with a description of what you're looking for.
  • You'll receive a response within 24 hours with a price along with a bullet list of additional information I'd require to get started.
  • Depending on the complexity of the project Clients will receive a Draft Schedule sequence to follow typical progression within 1-10 days .
  • The client contact me or return a marked up copy of the schedule regarding whatever changes they'd like made.
  • Once the Baseline Draft Schedule is accepted I'll lock in the dates and forward a Adobe PDF version of the Baseline Schedule.
  • Additional paper copies can be forwarded and or distributed for an additional fee.
Schedule Updates

  • The Project Scheduler will contact the project superintendent daily or weekly to log actual dates and make note of any on-site delays.
  • Several days prior to an schedule update being submitted The Project Scheduler will forward the current schedule requesting mark-ups.
  • If there has been an excessive amount of delays or changes The Project Scheduler will visit the jobsite to meet with the superintendent.
  • An updated project schedule will be submitted displaying the as built dates and the planned progression moving forward.
